11. Consequential Damages Exclusion

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount of $100 ARS or the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

12. Force Majeure Provisions

Sapphire Moth shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, civil disturbances, labor disputes, or governmental actions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Buenos Aires, Argentina for the resolution of any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our services.
